Using 211 Data for Community Analysis
“211” call and online systems provide information and referrals to health, human and social service organizations. The data from these systems include information about the services available and about the callers’ requests. More NNIP partners recently have been working with the data or expressed interest in doing so. In this webinar, Bob Waite and Virginia Carlson from Impact Inc., the organization in Milwaukee which manages the 211 system, will present some background on 2-1-1 in general, examples of how 2-1-1 data has been used to identify gaps and service demands, and opportunities and challenges to using the data at the neighborhood level.
