Associate Director of Research Services

CRP is currently recruiting for an Associate Director of Research Services is a full-time, senior-level position responsible for working with the Director of Research and Data Services to manage, from design to completion, a diverse portfolio of applied research and evaluation projects. The Associate Director will function as part of the management team, manage staff work teams, and undertake direct project work, to collect, analyze, and disseminate data from original and secondary sources on a range of topics; conduct qualitative and quantitative research; prepare reports and presentations; participate in project development and marketing; and develop and sustain partnerships with funders, clients, and community organizations to further CRP's mission and business plan.

CRP is looking for candidates with: (1) Master's degree in education, sociology, statistics, public policy, applied economics, or related discipline; doctorate preferred; (2) At least five years of related work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in a consulting services environment and in working across multiple issue and policy areas; (3) Expertise and experience in one or more of CRP's focus areas (housing and community development, preschool through adult education, poverty and homelessness, and employment and workforce development); and (4) Strong leadership and project management skills, including at least two years of experience in the management of multiple project teams.
