Anne is a committed educator and researcher who recently completed her master’s degree in city planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During her time at MIT, Anne interned with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, assisting the Data Services team with data and spatial analysis projects to promote smart, equitable growth in the Greater Boston region. Anne’s own graduate work focused on school segregation, social infrastructures, and community and economic development. Prior to MIT, Anne worked as an elementary school teacher in Hawai’i and Oakland for six years. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Pomona College.
