HartfordInfo Receives Urban Libraries Council Award

Hartford Public Library (HPL) was recently among twelve libraries in the US and Canada to be chosen for the inaugural Top Innovations Award from the Urban Libraries Council (ULC) for its program HartfordInfo.org. The twelve award winners were selected by ULC from among 221 submissions. With its HartfordInfo.org program, Hartford Public Library won a top innovator award in the civic/community engagement category.
