Paulina Cano McCutcheon is a Research Coordinator III at CI:Now with experience in program management, data analysis and data processing. She joined CI:Now in 2019 after working in higher education and in the non-profit sector developing initiatives to improve the education outcomes of Hispanics in Texas. Paulina earned her Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and her doctoral degree in Applied Demography at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research interests include social inequality, public policy, immigration and education and she brings expertise in data processing and R programming.
