Research Coordinator II

Paulina Cano is a Research Coordinator II at CI:Now with experience in program management, data analysis and data processing. She joined CI:Now in 2019 after working in higher education and in the non-profit sector developing initiatives to improve the education outcomes of Hispanics in Texas. Paulina earned her Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and is currently working on her doctoral degree in Applied Demography at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research interests include social inequality, public policy, immigration and education.
