Erica Raleigh joined Data Driven Detroit (D3) as a founding member of the organization in early 2009.  Now the Co-Executive Director, she began as a Research Analyst, with a background in housing and community development, transportation planning, and public safety research.  After taking on leadership of D3 in 2013, she successfully managed the organization’s transition to an L3C.  

Erica is deeply committed to the equitable access of information for data-driven decision-making.  She holds a Master of Urban Planning from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Michigan.
