Inspired by the cooperative models described in a recent report from Georgetown’s Beeck Center: “Sharing Government Software: How Agencies are Cooperatively Building Mission-Critical Software,” we're thinking about how collaborative models can be useful in our work with local stakeholders, or as a framework for cross-city partnerships under the NNIP cross-site project umbrella or other sorts of collaborations. We’d like to listen to others’ experiences working on collaborative models (software or otherwise). This was part of session 2 at NNIP Camp in 2021
