HandsOn Central Ohio 2-1-1 Counts 2018

Thoughtwell merged important secondary data with original referral data from HandsOn Central Ohio, Columbus’s 2-1-1 operator, at the zip code level to lend insight and granularity to local conditions in Columbus. 2-1-1 Counts highlights 10 indicators measuring quality of life, comparing 13 zip code groups from around Franklin County to compare and contrast conditions and need among residents in our community. In addition to this blended data analysis, the report also includes questions for readers to consider regarding how community needs are met, spurring follow-up questions and conversation.
