On May 19, CRI will present to the Kent County Foreclosure Response group the latest trends on residential foreclosures using local administrative records from the Kent County Bureau of Equalization. Latest trends shows that although the City of Grand Rapids nearly counts for half of all residential foreclosures in the county (8,813 of 18,636 since 2004), total number of foreclosed homes in Kent County suburbs surpassed that of the city of Grand Rapids in the last few reporting quarters.
