Community Change: Engaging Through Data

This presentation at the  Public Performance Measurement & Reporting Conference describes the Motor City mapping project in Detroit, which surveyed the occupancy and condition of every property in Detroit.  It describes the primary and secondary data collection process.  It also reviews the Neighborhood Dynamics Score and the Neighborhood Threat Score as tools for prioritizing areas for interventions and the plans for community engagement around the data.
