Portland State University Hosts Event to Mobilize for the 2020 Census

Portland State University (PSU) held an event on November 12, 2019 called "Making Oregon Count 2020" to mobilize efforts around Census 2020. The morning will feature speakers with hands-on breakout work sessions to follow for sharing best practices and how-to materials that participants can take back to their communities. Speakers for the event included: 

• John H. Thompson, former Director of the U.S. Census Bureau
• Ellen Rosenblu, Oregon Attorney General
• Michael A. Hall, Assistant Regional Census Manager, Los Angeles Regional Census Center, U.W. Census Bureau
• Jason Jurjevich, Director of the Population Research Center
