The overall theme of this event is looking at our work through an equality lens: we will be focusing on what drives our work; does a need for equality exist as a driver or motivator for our work, how the work we do has an impact on equality: do we position equity as an invaluable component of our work, and how well do we understand, measure and reduce disparities in outcomes within our communities.
