Shannon joined the Shift team in 2019.  Her curiosity and desire to learn led her from software engineering to teaching elementary school, and now to working with data.  Her responsibilities at Shift include supporting the maintenance of the data warehouse, developing and conducting training workshops for the Community Facts tool, and performing data and analysis projects.  Shannon holds a certificate in data science from General Assembly and both a Master’s in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
