Using OnTheMap to Measure Neighborhood Change

This webinar describes how to use the demographic and educational attainment data in the OnTheMap to shed light on neighborhood change for fine-grained geographies. By looking at characteristics for residents over time at the census block level smaller than census tracts, the analysis could detect change that might be missed when using a larger area of analysis.
