Disseminating Data to Fuel Decisionmaking

This presentation by Ben Horwitz to the Tulane School of Public Health described Greater New Orleans Community Data Center's mission as well as our strategy for disseminating data and how that has evolved over time. The presentation covers the pre-Katrina Data Center website and the evolution to our current website and Neighborhood Statistical Area Data Profiles. In addition, he discusses the New Orleans Index, various action-oriented research projects, and technology-focused data dissemination.
