Public Performance Measurement & Reporting Conference 2015

Newark , NJ

September 18, 2015

Performance measurement can help to satisfy citizen and stakeholder demands for both efficiency and transparency. Through the effective use of data and performance-based leadership, organizations have opportunities to improve and deliver services to their stakeholders, as promised. However, they often fall into the trap of “data for the sake of data.” A performance system is more than simply collecting data; it is collecting the right data and linking it to strategic plans for improvement. The goal of this conference is to assist public and non-profit professionals in reaching beyond the data to implement systems that will help them achieve their organization’s missions efficiently and effectively.

The topic of this conference will be the development, implementation and results of public sector and non-profit performance systems.
