The 2nd annual Civic Tech and Data Collaborative convening was an opportunity for local and national partners of the CTDC cross-site project to meet and discuss progress and challenges in developing civic tech and data ecosystems. The sessions focused on capturing lessons from each site's work and operationalizing them in the form of a unifying framework for developing an ecosystem.
