IUPR Releases Report on Neighborhood Conditions for Returning Parolees

Funded by the Department of Justice through the City of Dallas and Safer Dallas, Better Dallas, the Institute for Urban Policy Research is staged to release a report exploring the quality of life in neighborhoods to which parolees return, including an examination of the differences between the neighborhoods to which parolees of different races return.
