Aditi joined The Boston Indicators Project in January 2011, where she has been helping to develop an innovative, cutting-edge website aimed at fostering greater community engagement with the Project's findings.  She holds a B.S. in Urban Studies from Cornell University and completed her Masters in City Planning at MIT in May 2010.  Before graduate school, she was an Assistant Project Manager at Telesis Corporation, a mission-driven affordable housing developer and she worked as a consultant in Mumbai, India researching non-profit capacity in slum redevelopment for an NGO. Aditi enjoys photography, and as a Humanity in Action Fellow, she co-founded a photography program for at-risk youth in Baltimore in 2007.  Aditi is committed to using new technologies to help organizations and individuals share data, knowledge, and stories that inform community development and public participation processes.
