Neighborhood Nexus contracted with Atlanta Promise Neighborhood

Morehouse School of Medicine and the United Way of Greater Atlanta worked together to secure a $500,000 planning grant from the Promise Neighborhood Initiative. Neighborhood Nexus collaborated on the application with some basic data to help document need. Now, we will be helping them collect data and will then create web-based mapping and dashboard tools to disseminate, analyze and display data.
