Community Information Infrastructure

This presentation to the Chicago Global Council Emerging Leaders describes NNIP in the context of a broader model of community information infrustructure.  It describes three categories of work that are needed for places to build and take advantage of community information:  Assemble, transform and disseminate data; apply the data to achieve impact; use data to strengthen civic life and governance.
