Nate is Associate Director for the Center for Applied Earth Science and Engineering Research (CAESER) at the University of Memphis where he works with a variety of governmental and non-profit agencies on developing data driven solutions aimed at improving neighborhoods and city efficiency. His past work has ranged from analyzing ownership patterns for tax delinquent properties to evaluating the energy efficiency of neighborhoods. Nate has a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis and is currently a candidate for PhD in Earth Science.
