Case Western Reserve University’s Urban Health Initiative and the MPH program serve as the anchor institution for Health Data Matters, with guidance from a Steering Committee of members from over a dozen local organizations. Community advisors convened by the Case Center for Reducing Health Disparities at The MetroHealth System also provide input.
