Summary Memo on Analysis Plan and Data Sources

Produced for the NNIP cross-site initiative on foreclosures and children , this working document summarizes the contents of the three local memos produced for the planning stage of the project.   It addresses the research questions to be answered in the analysis; describes the contents and limitations of the data sources to be used; outlines the methodology of matching school to foreclosure data; and discusses the context of the local housing market and education systems.  It is provided here as a resource for researchers interested in doing similar analysis for other cities.
