This package was prepared for cities interested in participating in the Turning the Corner project.

It includes:

  • Guidance on a letter of interest to be completed no later than October 1, 2016.
  • A description of the project
  • A project design document listing the overall goals for the project, the research questions, and the required elements for local research
  • A sample statement of work from Data Driven Detroit.
