Keisha Dubuclet is Production Manager. She works with the team to develop comprehensive workflow processes, refine and formalize information design and style based on audience analysis, manages the final production steps of all The Data Center’s information products, and is responsible for continuous quality improvement.

Keisha has over 10 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Human Performance, and Research & Evaluation. She has designed, developed, and evaluated multiple processes and programs for a variety of education, corporate, and nonprofit organizations, including the U.S. Department of Education, Drexel University, Walgreens, and National Institute of Health. Her tenure includes production of evaluation reports and recommendations, policies and procedures, curricula, trainings and workshops, and reference materials. She has evaluated the design and impact of hundreds of federal multi-year, multi-million dollar grants in the areas of instructional technology, STEM programming, non-cognitive factors in schools, health disparities, and healthcare policy.

Keisha also has 7 years of experience as a nonprofit director leading a team of employees and serving as a key staff advisor for planning departmental short and long-term goals. Keisha is a native of New Orleans, and holds a B.S. in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University. She is recognized as strategic thinker, systems builder, and catalyst for change with the ability to translate big-picture strategy into on-the-ground action.
