Jennifer Kolker, MPH, is the Associate Dean for Public Health Practice and Associate Professor of Health Management and Policy. As Director of the Center for Public Health Practice and the local performance site of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Public Health Training Center, supports the local public health workforce in training, technical assistance, and preparation for public health accreditation.

Professor Kolker's research and practice portfolio has been comprised of numerous funded contracts with local, regional, and national public health organizations, community foundations, and government to assist in assessing need for public health and safety net services, public health workforce development, and development and evaluation of community health needs assessments. Prior to joining Drexel University in 2004, Professor Kolker worked for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and has over 20 years of experience working in urban public health in Philadelphia, working in government, the nonprofit sector, and academia.
