Caroline Heffernan is Data Analyst. Caroline processes data and conducts research and analysis of data for the products at The Data Center. Caroline has an economics background with an expertise in statistical analysis of large datasets as well as an interest in the relationship between public policy and economics.

Caroline joined The Data Center team in 2015 after interning with them for 6 months. While an intern, Caroline gathered and analyzed data for both The Coastal Index 2015 and The New Orleans Index at Ten.

Before coming to The Data Center, Caroline attended Tulane University where she received her BS in Economics. Caroline also attended the London School of Economics for one year of her undergrad experience. Her final capstone project focused on how early life health can affect later life human capital.
